About the presenters

This program will be presented jointly by Jim King and Stéphane Jacquemond.

Jim King joined AEGIS in August 2021, where he focuses on Machinery Risk Assessment services for Members. Prior to AEGIS, Jim worked for General Electric as a Field Engineer (FE) specializing in excitation (EX2000/2100), Load Commuted Invertors (LCI), Generators and associated protection systems    Jim was part of the Navy Nuclear Program, instructed at the Navy’s Nuclear Power School and was later selected to participate in the Navy’s Enlisted Commissioning Program (ECP) where he earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Florida and commissioned as a Naval Officer.

Stéphane Jacquemond joined AEGIS in October 2021. In addition to conducting Machinery Risk Assessments for Members, Stéphane also leads the Electrical Working Group. Before joining AEGIS, Stéphane spent nearly 20 years in the power industry with Alstom and General Electric, serving in commissioning, maintenance, engineering and customer service roles. Stéphane holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, France.
