Loss Control Task Force
Identifying and sharing opportunities to mitigate risk
The task force collaborates with AEGIS Loss Control to identify, prevent and mitigate the risk of loss associated with general liability and property exposures of utility operations. This partnership informs the development of AEGIS Loss Control products and services.
Claims Task Force
Collaborating to navigate industry challenges and developments
The Claims Task Force contributes to the achievement of AEGIS's mission by serving as a liaison between AEGIS and its members and advising the Claims division of member concerns and industry developments.
AEGIS General Counsel Group
Exchanging legal insights while building strong connections
The General Counsel Group serves as a forum for the General Counsels of member companies to connect with AEGIS and with one another. Established in 2024, the group facilitates the exchange of legal insights, promotes collaboration on issues of shared interest and strengthens engagement between AEGIS and its member community.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Advisory Committee
Protecting utilities. Empowering members.
Established in 2025, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Advisory Committee is AEGIS’s newest forum for sharing insights and best practices on cybersecurity and risk mitigation in the gas and electric utility sector. Membership is open to CISOs or professionals in equivalent roles within member organizations.
