AEGIS has developed litigation services to better serve its members presently involved in, or immediately threatened by, specific types of litigation.
AEGIS supports its members by recommending specialized counsel to assist with litigation. Litigation Services counsel work with members' in-house and outside counsel to maximize the potential for positive litigation outcomes.

AEGIS Gas Litigation Service (AGLS) supports members facing high-exposure and/or technically complex gas-related litigation.
Electric
When defending complex and/or high exposure cases, our members rely on the expertise of the AEGIS Electric Litigation Service (AELS).
Employment Practices
AEGIS Employment Practices Litigation Service (AEPLS) serves members with employment-related litigation issues.
