Through the AEGIS–Liberty Mutual Alliance Partnership, AEGIS delivers expanded resources and product options by combining its deep industry knowledge and member-focused approach with Liberty Mutual’s financial strength and carrier capabilities.

Side A DIC Directors & Officers Liability
Through our partnership with Sompo International Insurance, our Side A DIC Directors & Officers Liability coverage provides expanded personal protection for the leaders who guide our industry. Policies are underwritten and serviced by Sompo. While this product does not qualify for member credits, the premium paid to AEGIS for each policy is incorporated into the member’s D&O premium for purposes of calculating the credit under the AEGIS Full Coverage D&O policy.
