Conference Overview

The AEGIS Policyholders’ Conference brings together members, partners, and industry experts to discuss key trends, emerging risks, and opportunities across the energy and insurance landscape—while fostering meaningful connections across our community.

Who Can Attend

Attendance is limited to invited AEGIS policyholders and their guests. Brokers must be connected to a current AEGIS member policy written through AEGIS in New Jersey to attend.

Lodging Reimbursement Details

AEGIS will reimburse lodging for one representative per member company with a current AEGIS Excess Liability or D&O policy written through AEGIS in New Jersey.

Reimbursement includes up to three nights at one of the following conference hotels:

• Fairmont Palliser
• Hyatt Regency Calgary
• Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel

Please note:

• Reimbursement applies only to the hotels listed above
• Lodging at other properties is not eligible for reimbursement

Member companies are welcome to send additional representatives; however, lodging reimbursement is limited to one attendee per qualifying company.
