How do I request access to password-protected content? +

AEGIS allows employees who work for a company insured under an AEGIS policy to request access.  You must request access with your current business e-mail address.

What if the registration form will not accept my e-mail address? +

If you work for a subsidiary of a member company, which is insured under an AEGIS policy, it is possible that we do not have your @domainname.com address on file.  

Please contact the risk manager for the member company and request the @domainname.com address be added to AEGIS systems.

Are there limits on access to claims information? +

Not all AEGISlink.com users have been granted access to their company's claims records in My Claims. Certain claims are not available through My Claims.  Please contact Tatiana Leon, Claims Division Administrator by e-mail or at 201.508.2836. 

At AEGIS, we recognize the importance of security when it comes to your company's information. To insure quality and emphasize our proactive relationship with our policyholders, we have adopted policies to protect you in the areas of security, information availability and flexibility.

How should I handle problems signing into AEGISlink.com or navigating to policy applications? +

When you encounter strange behavior, first try bypassing your cache.  This is sometimes referred to as a "hard refresh", "cache refresh", or "uncached reload". The rest of your cache, for other websites, is not affected.

Bypass your cache — by following instructions, below:

Google Chrome

On Windows and Linux, use one of the following:

  • Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  • Hold the ⇧ Shift key and press the F5 key.
  • Hold the Ctrl key and press the R key.
  • Hold the ⇧ Shift key and press the R key.
  • Hold the Ctrl key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
  • Hold the ⇧ Shift key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.

On macOS:

  • Hold both the ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift keys and press the R key.
  • Hold the ⇧ Shift key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
  • Hold the Ctrl key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.

 

Microsoft Edge

On Windows:

  • Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
     

Internet Explorer

Use one of the following:

  • Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  • Hold the Ctrl key and click the "Refresh" button on the toolbar.

 

If the problems continue after clearing your cache, please send an email and screenshot to PortalSupport@aegislimited.com.

Videos will not load in Internet Explorer (IE) or Edge with IE mode enabled +

Viewing videos in Internet Explorer or IE Mode in Microsoft Edge, is no longer supported.. 

If you are using Internet Explorer we recommend switching to a supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. 

If you are using Edge in IE mode, disable IE mode and restart your browser..
