Omar is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Psychology.  He joined AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. in April of 2014 as a Senior Workers’ Compensation Specialist.  Prior to joining AEGIS, Omar completed a national Workers’ Compensation program, sponsored by Michigan State University, School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, which earned him the designation of Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP).  Previously, Omar worked for a staffing firm and oversaw the Workers’ Compensation department.  He began his career in claims as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager with Travelers Insurance.
