Joshua received his Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware Valley College in 2001. Prior to joining AEGIS in July 2014, he worked at Charles Taylor Adjusting, an independent adjusting firm, where he was exposed to a wide variety of claims, primarily dealing with first property claims in the energy sector.
