Heidi joined AEGIS in June 2024 as Vice President – Marketing, Communications and Member Relations in the Marketing and Communications Division. Prior to AEGIS, Heidi spent nine years at NiSource as Director of Risk and Insurance, Director of Corporate Insurance, and Claims Manager, managing NiSource’s enterprise risk management function, claim administration for all insured products, and the NiSource insurance portfolio, including their wholly-owned captive. Prior to NiSource, Heidi worked at DHL Global Business Services as Senior Director, Claims Administration, Americas Region. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.
Tim joined AEGIS in January 2024 as Senior Machinery Loss Control Professional in the Loss Control Division. Prior to AEGIS, Tim worked in various lead engineering roles at Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc., Seminole Electric Coop., Inc., M&B Engineering Solutions, Inc., Bently Nevada, and Siemens Power Corporation. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Ji joined AEGIS in July 2024 as Litigation Counsel – Excess General Liability in the Claims Division. Prior to AEGIS, he spent several years practicing litigation at both plaintiff and defense firms, handling cases from inception to verdict. He was previously with Milber Makris Plousadis and Seiden, LLP, primarily focused on general liability and professional malpractice cases. Ji is a University of Minnesota – Twin Cities graduate with a B.A. in Global Studies and received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Brian joined AEGIS in May 2024 as Senior Property Loss Control Professional in the Loss Control Division. Prior to AEGIS, Brian worked at Xcel Energy as Engineer/Project Manager. Brian also worked at Pantex as a Fire Protection Engineer. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M.
Kimberly joined AEGIS in April 2024 as Assistant Underwriter in the Underwriting Division. Prior to AEGIS, Kimberly worked as a Pre-K 3 & 4 Teacher at Mount Carmel Guild Cares Division of The Archdiocese of Newark. Kimberly also worked as a Senior Service Associate at ProSight Specialty Insurance Company and as an Underwriter Assistant at AIG. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ.
