AEGIS 2022 Annual Review Now Available

2022 was a challenging year, with high inflation, interest rates adversely affecting bond holdings, global energy disruption from the Russia-Ukraine war, and our own unprecedented uptick in severe property claims. However, even with all those challenges, we are pleased to report that in 2022, your Mutual once again leveraged its unique business model to strengthen surplus and credits to members, standing in stark contrast to many other insurers that lost surplus last year.

We thank our members for trusting us and remain committed to managing your changing and growing exposures into the future. Together, we have built a solid, strong financial foundation and a proven model to withstand challenging conditions. We invite you to read more about how we are using this model to meet members’ needs and making adjustments to ensure stability and value for our members, year over year, in good times and bad, in our 2022 Annual Review.

The benefits of the AEGIS model are evident – the AEGIS model works.

Register today for the AEGIS 2023 Policyholders’ Conference

We are counting down the days until we welcome our members and brokers, along with their families and guests, to San Diego for the AEGIS 2023 Policyholders’ Conference from July 10-13.

The AEGIS Policyholders’ Conference is an opportunity for our members, brokers and guests to gather and discuss the evolving risk landscape we face as an industry, and to work together to develop thoughtful solutions to meet these challenges head-on – a shining example of the AEGIS model at work.

The 2023 AEGIS Policyholders’ Conference promises to be an exciting way to connect with colleagues and AEGIS representatives to catch up on industry trends. Highlights of this year’s conference includes a keynote Q&A between former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and leading political analyst and forecaster Amy Walter, industry updates, as well as receptions and tours that will have you exploring all San Diego has to offer by land and by sea.

Registration is now open to our policyholders, their families and guests. Please contact George Keefe by e-mail or by phone at 201.508.2797 with any questions. We look forward to seeing you in San Diego!
