Effective Incident Investigations – Why They Produce Better Results

Effective Incident Investigations – Why They Produce Better Results

Thursday, Oct 12, 2023 | 10:30 am to 3:30 pm Online

The AEGIS 2023 Claims Roundtables will be offered exclusively online via live webinar.

The effective and efficient investigation of an incident can positively impact the direction of subsequent litigation and the resolution of your case. Our panel of in-house and outside counsel will discuss best practices for responding to an incident, including often overlooked areas of potential evidence. Our panelists will also discuss identifying cases for early resolution and how and when to approach  claimants regarding settlement. Finally, because catastrophic incidents often attract the attention of government regulatory agencies, our panelists will offer a guide to National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigations.
