We have reserved a block of rooms at the Westin Phoenix Downtown. AEGIS will cover one night for up to two people from each member company. Additional attendees will receive the negotiated rate of $189 per night.

The deadline for completing registration is Monday, November 18.

Information regarding transportation to the hotel is available on The Westin Phoenix Downtown website.  If you are driving in, please note that AEGIS will only cover the cost of valet parking, not self-parking. Valet parking will be validated at the AEGIS registration table.
