Common Flaws In Installed Fire Protection Systems

Common Flaws In Installed Fire Protection Systems

Wednesday, Apr 03, 2019 | Online

Unlike production equipment, in which design, engineering or installation anomalies are discovered quickly, flaws in fire protection equipment may not be obvious until the post-fire investigation.  If fire protection equipment fails to function immediately and flawlessly as designed, the money and effort expended to provide this equipment is wasted.

This webinar will focus on the most common fire protection and detection system flaws found at power generating facilities.

The webinar will be presented by Brian Harding, Director of Sales at FE Moran Special Hazard Systems.  Brian has been providing fire protection solutions to heavy industrial facilities worldwide for the past 25 years.  He spent the first 11 years of his career working in a design and project management role where he was responsible for the design and calculations of various power plant fire suppression and detection systems, as well as the management of multi-million dollar projects.  Brian’s experience includes designing the full breadth of fire suppression and alarm or detection systems for every aspect of power generating, petrochemical and aerospace facilities.
