Renewable Losses and Hidden Risks

Renewable Losses and Hidden Risks

Tuesday, Jan 08, 2019 | 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Online

As the energy industry diversifies and evolves, utilities are working to identify hidden risks associated with new technology and renewable generation.  These efforts often result in additional employee awareness training and unique preplanning to identify potential risks, both of which can help utilities avoid losses.

This webinar will focus on several renewable property losses as well as some of the unique and sometimes hidden characteristics of these losses which emerged during the claims and restoration process.

The webinar will be co-presented by Andrew S. Granzow, Vice President and Joshua Roznowski, National General Adjuster, both of the Property Claims Division at AEGIS.

Andrew joined AEGIS in 2013 after six years at Liberty International Underwriters (LIU), a business unit of Liberty Mutual.  Prior to working for LIU, Andrew was in the private practice of law for 15 years.  He is a graduate of the John Marshall Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree and the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History.  He is responsible for managing all property claims reported under AEGIS policies.

Joshua joined AEGIS in 2014 after working at an independent adjusting firm, where he was exposed to a wide variety of claims, primarily dealing with first property claims in the energy sector.  Joshua received his Bachelors of Science degree from Delaware Valley College in 2001.
