Paul is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Paul is designated as a Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering and Fire Protection in over 35 States. He has NFPA code committee and code development experience, as well as knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations, and experience in regulatory agency negotiations. His knowledge of products includes alarm and detection equipment, specialty devices, and both chemical and water-based suppression systems. He has provided marketing, sales and engineered solutions for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) component of projects, turbine and utility markets, and project management ranging from individual projects to complex sites for private and utility clients.
