We recently added two new services to the roster of litigation services we offer to our member companies – the AEGIS Cyber Risk Litigation Service and the AEGIS Litigation Cost Control Service.
The AEGIS Cyber Risk Litigation Service was created to help AEGIS member companies manage the complex and ever-changing exposures that result from online business operations as well as related litigation. This single, centralized source includes password-protected information, articles and forms for cyber-risk litigation developed by Nixon Peabody LLP, as well as valuable content delivered via web-based technologies including Wikis and blogs.
The service can save AEGIS member companies – and their counsel – time and money when preparing for cyber risk-related litigation by building upon the successful approaches in prior cases, and by reducing the need to "reinvent the wheel." For more information, please visit our website or contact either Jeff Schupack by e-mail or phone at 201.508.2658 or Brian Ekdahl by e-mail or phone at 201.508.2643.
The AEGIS Litigation Cost Control Service is intended to help AEGIS member companies monitor litigation costs and to assist with proactive management and cost-control programs designed to improve communication between in-house counsel and defense counsel. Cost management firms recommended by AEGIS work selectively with the member and its law firm to establish billing procedures, budget, and manage litigation costs from case inception through completion.
The service includes state-of-the-art electronic capabilities for e-billing, invoice review, and cost management and analysis. For more information, please visit our website or contact either Lawrence DeRogatis by e-mail or phone at 201.508.2641 or Martin Schnabel by e-mail or phone at 201.508.2655.
