Please mark your calendars and plan on joining us at the 2004 AEGIS Claims Seminar, which will be held October 18 to October 20, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas. As in prior years, we’ll cover both gas and electric case studies, as well as other issues relevant to claims and legal professionals such as punitive damages. The seminar will be eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. For more information about the Claims Seminar, please contact Brian Ekdahl by e-mail or by phone at 201.521.4610.
Also, please join us for the first of the 2004 Claims Roundtables on January 8th in Washington, DC. The seminar, “Toxic Torts in the Courts,” will explore issues related to the proliferation of claims connected with exposure to toxic materials including asbestos, benzene, carbon monoxide, chromium, EMF, mercury, MGPs, mold, PCBs and silica. Claims management, defense strategies and recent developments in the law will be discussed.
As always, you're welcome to attend in person or by videoconference, and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are offered. For more information or to register online, please refer to the 2004 Roundtable brochure posted on the AEGIS website. For more information about the AEGIS Roundtable program, please contact Jeff Schupack by e-mail or by phone at 201.521.4627.
