This year, AEGIS has negotiated group rates across the following three hotels in Calgary:

Please reserve your room online using one of the links above or by calling the hotel, and be sure to mention AEGIS Insurance Services. 

Hotel reservations must be made by June 15. We encourage early booking, as we anticipate high attendance.

Rates listed are for single/double occupancy only. If you are booking more than two guests per room, you will be charged the higher group rate. Children 18 years and under stay free when sharing parents' room and using existing bedding. Room upgrades outside of the negotiated group rates are not covered. Additional nights beyond the three reimbursed nights will be at the member’s expense.

All guestrooms are subject to local, state and federal taxes that may apply during occupancy. 

Lodging outside the official hotels will not be reimbursed.
