Please register now for the next AEGIS Claims Roundtable seminar – Climate Change Risks, Liabilities and Opportunities for Utilities – which will be held on September 10 in Chicago, September 17 in Orlando and September 24 in Phoenix.
This is a pivotal period for climate change initiatives in the United States, and the utility industry will undoubtedly play an important role in carbon reductions. This seminar will provide a snapshot of evolving climate change initiatives, including emerging federal legislation, maturing state mandatory reduction programs, ongoing carbon reporting and trading activities, and litigation exposure trends. The faculty will include utility industry experts and lawyers at the forefront of helping to develop U.S. and international climate change programs and representatives from companies that are engaging in the business opportunities created by climate change.
As always, you're welcome to attend AEGIS Claims Roundtables in person or by videoconference, and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are offered. For more information about the AEGIS Claims Roundtable program, please contact Jeff Schupack by e-mail or by phone at 201.508.2658.
