The registration deadline for the AEGIS Policyholders' Conference is now upon us -- July 3. The 2008 PHC will be held Monday, July 28 through Thursday, July 31 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. Complete details and registration information were sent via e-mail to eligible attendees in recent weeks.
We expect a record high number of attendees this year and look forward to covering a number of topics of great interest to our members including a management and staff report on the state of your company; the new AEGIS-Liberty construction program; 2008 D&O trends with Dan Bailey of Bailey Cavalieri; the current risk and insurance market conditions that affect the utility and energy industry with Bob Hartwig, President and Chief Economist at the Insurance Information Institute; as well as climate change, carbon sequestration, cyber risk and ERM.
We also think you'll enjoy this year's two keynote speakers: George Will, America's foremost political commentator and columnist, and Archie Manning, former NFL quarterback and father of current Indianapolis Colts quarterback, Peyton Manning and New York Giants quarterback, Eli Manning.
Conference registration is complimentary and attendees are invited to bring guests. AEGIS will reimburse one representative from each member company with a current AEGIS policy written through AEGIS in New Jersey for the cost of three nights' lodging at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco or Le Meridien San Francisco, which is three blocks away.
If you have any questions about your eligibility, please contact Gil Gould by e-mail or by phone at 201.508.2790. Brokers must be connected with a current AEGIS member policy written through AEGIS in New Jersey in order to attend. If you have any questions about the conference, please contact Carrie White by e-mail or by phone at 201.508.2480.
We look forward to seeing you in San Francisco!
