Utilities throughout the country are actively building cultures of safety and awareness in their service territories — and they can prove it to regulators and management with effectiveness metrics and reporting. This webinar provides participants with the opportunity to evaluate and improve their public safety programs. This session will provide a maturity model for public safety programs and review the benefits of a robust approach to public safety through a pointed discussion of the following:
- The definition of public safety and what a utility should consider 'within scope' of its program.
- Return on investment of public safety efforts.
- Ways that leading and lagging indicators and effectiveness measurements can drive progress.
- How an organization's culture can provide a strong indication of the risk it faces.
The webinar will be presented by Darcy Newton, Account Manager, at Culver Company.
