AEGIS is committed to the safety and well-being of its employees, members, brokers, contingent workers, and all others present in our offices. Whenever practicable, meetings should be telephonic or by video conference. Requests from, or invitations to, a member representative, broker, or other business contact (a “Visitor”) to visit our office in East Rutherford, NJ should first be discussed with the supervisor of the AEGIS employee who is acting as the host.
All office visits are limited to essential business needs and must be approved by the AEGIS host employee’s Division Head before any commitments to, or plans with, Visitors are made. Division Heads should promptly notify the AEGIS Operations Division when Visitors have been approved.
No Visitor may enter the AEGIS offices unless they have provided proof that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before the visit. Proof of vaccination must be submitted to the Operations Division and can be provided in a number of ways. The Visitor’s employer may provide a certification that it has received proof that the Visitor is vaccinated. The Visitor may provide vaccination records directly to AEGIS for verification.
The AEGIS employee acting as host to the Visitor is responsible for ensuring that the Visitor receives all relevant information regarding the AEGIS health and safety requirements in a timely manner. The Operations Division will prepare and make available information to be shared with Visitors regarding the current AEGIS health-related safety requirements, such as the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), temperature checks, or the completion of any health-related questionnaires or other documents.
