The professional liability insurance policy is offered on a claims-made and reported basis in conjunction with our excess liability and directors & officers policies

Broad coverage can include economic injury, bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage; or coverage for economic injury only.

The maximum aggregate available limit of liability is US $35 million.

• Credit and collection
• Employed lawyers
• Energy management
• Energy-related design
• Real estate
• Other miscellaneous designated activities

For US members, AEGIS policies will be issued on a surplus line basis. For Canadian members, AEGIS policies will be issued on a Canadian licensed basis through AEGIS Canada^TM.
