Coverage indemnifies for liability and expenses resulting from:

• A breach of privacy incident involving personal or commercial
  information, whether committed by a first party or a third party,
  and whether such incident is caused by electronic or non-electronic
  methods;
• Related forensic, notification, and credit protections costs;
• Negligent transmission of malicious computer code to a third
  party; and
• Optional first party coverages: damage caused by hackers, theft of
  digital identification credentials, business interruption, and extortion
  threats.

$10 million limit, with additional limits available.
