This a pivotal period for climate change initiatives in the United States, and the utility industry will undoubtedly play an important role in carbon reductions. This seminar will provide a snapshot of evolving climate change initiatives, including emerging federal legislation, maturing state mandatory reduction programs, ongoing carbon reporting and trading activities, and litigation exposure trends.
