Alex has over 15 years of experience in the non-marine property sector. He started his insurance career at Marsh as a North American property broker before transferring into underwriting at Janson Green Syndicate 79. In 2000, Alex joined AEGIS London as the Class Underwriter for Non-Marine Property. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and currently sits on the LMA Worldwide Property Panel.

Phil Lawson

Phil has over 15 years of experience in non-marine property insurance. He previously worked at ACE Global Markets and St. Paul. In 2007, Phil joined AEGIS London. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Gemma Rothon

Gemma has more than 10 years of experience in non-marine property insurance. She began her insurance career at Janson Green Syndicate before joining AEGIS London in 2000. Gemma is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Toby has 7 years of experience in the non-marine property sector. He started his insurance career with the non-marine team at Hardy Underwriting Syndicate 382. He then joined Novae Syndicate in 2007 to write international direct and fac property. Toby joined AEGIS London in 2009. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
