Alex has almost 20 years of experience in the non-marine property sector. He started his insurance career at Marsh as a North American property broker before transferring into underwriting at Janson Green Syndicate 79. In 2000, Alex joined AEGIS London as the Class Underwriter for Non-Marine Property, and he now heads the Non-Marine Property account. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and currently sits on the AEGIS Managing Agency Limited board and is Chair of the LMA Worldwide Property Panel.

Gemma Rothon

Gemma has more than 15 years of experience in non-marine property insurance. She began her insurance career at Janson Green Syndicate before joining AEGIS London in 2000. Since then, Gemma has led the property team’s Canadian account, with an emphasis on mid-market business, and she was promoted to Class Underwriter in 2012. Gemma is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Toby Sawyer

Toby has more than 10 years of experience in the non-marine property sector. He started his insurance career with the non-marine team at Hardy Underwriting Syndicate 382. He then joined Novae Syndicate in 2007 to write international direct and fac property. A specialist in international property underwriting and the mining sector, Toby joined AEGIS London in 2009 and was promoted to Class Underwriter in 2012. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Jonathan Morgan

Jonathan began his insurance career in 1997 and joined Lloyd’s as a North American property broker with Prentis Donegan and Partners in 1999. Jonathan also worked as a broker for Miller Insurance Services and Howden Insurance Brokers before joining AEGIS London as an Non-Marine Property Underwriter in 2013.

Adam joined AEGIS London in 2013 from Brit Global Specialty where he had worked since 2007. At Brit, he had a primary focus on US and Canadian Binding Authorities. Adam is currently studying with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Christopher began his insurance career in 2000 as a North American Facilities Broker with Endeavour. He subsequently worked as a broker within the Facility Divisions of Alwen Hough Johnson and Lloyd & Partners Ltd before joining AEGIS London in 2013.
